This is a photograph of my friend, Eve, sitting atop an outcrop of rock which rose above the rolling plains of the Burren, in Northern Clare on the west coast of Ireland.

I simply thought the landscape was utterly breathtaking: the green fields of Ballyvaughan, intermingled with the stark limestone pavement of the Burren, stretch out before the blue waters of Galway bay; in the distance, the peninsula of Galway juts out into the Atlantic ocean...

I thought that this would be the kind of place to which I would retreat for a little alone time, to think things through and reflect... For this purpose, I set Eve to pose as a person who had come here to think and reflect.

The DPI isn't wonderful - a mere 230, but it's only a little handicam for taking snapshots. Hopefully I'll get a proper good camera one day!
